Notes
I'm pretty pleased with this run. I don't usually go sub 12 pace and I have hardly been running. Last run was over 2 weeks ago and that was just a mile. Last time I ran 3.2 miles was 1/31 at 13:06 pace. Nice weather, sunny, a bit breezy. Felt good throughout. Once again, thankful for the dog owners around here who keep good control of their dogs. Listened to Pandora, which was acting very goofy and changing songs every minute or so it seemed.
