First worked on some gymnastics skills (muscle ups, ring dips, skin the cats, rope climb). Couldn't do any of it. I think my feet prefer to stay firmly on the ground. Coach helped me get into some hanging position from rings. I wasn't feeling any of this. I hadn't been to CF in several days so I was just feeling out of it in general.
