Notes

Sick kidlet @ home so no CrossFit for me. Did 30 min Nike Training Club app + some 12in box jumps, OHS with pvc pipe, jumping walker dips, pull up attempts (4 rounds, 10 reps for each). Ended with foam roller and lacrosse ball. Not the most satisfying workout but I hope better than nothing.
