15 Ball Slams 30/20lb

3 rounds + run to back steps

35# felt fairly light for 1st two rounds but started feeling heavy 3rd round

ball slams sucked and slowed me down

That wasn't very fun.

Did 4 GHD sit ups at the end. Should do more but I start getting freaked out being on the GHD.
