I don't like to run for time. Especially with sun shining down on me. Enjoyed the kb swings. Pull ups were hard by 3rd set. Pondered running in Brooks Ghost or the NB Minimus. Decided on Minimus. Seemed OK.
Afterwards some DU practice. I was tired so it didn't go well. Some TGU practice with 8kg kb.
