Learned the deadlift today. And variations. Ending with medicine ball cleans, which I am totally & completely uncoordinated at doing. I'm not entirely proficient with the deadlifts either. Apparently I tend to do Romanian ones, which was not the intent for today.
Workout AMRAP 10 minutes
7 deadlifts (55# barbell)
7 pull ups (jumping from box)
7 medicine ball cleans (ugh)
Did 5 rounds plus 7 deadlifts. I think. I think that was one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done.
