got up to 29kg. Tried heavier but failed.

Front squat

got up to 27kg. Think I was better about keeping knees open. Worked on driving elbows up.

Pull-ups

5-5-5-5-5 (weighted or minimal assistance)

Used green + purple. Did 2 sets underhand.
