15 Minute AMRAP:
9 Deadlift 155/100lb [75#]
12 Push Up with Hand Release [kneeling]
15 Box Jump 24/20” [12"]
6 rounds + 1 deadlift
Probably should have gone a little lighter and focused on form more.
Before the WOD, 30 GHD back extensions. Also did some jumping stuff as part of warm up. I cannot do squat tuck jumps.
After WOD, I thought I wanted to do some wall balls. Did a few with 6# ball and no longer felt like doing them. heh.
