Humid, 88 degrees, legs sore as crap from weights.
Intended workout: 2 up, 2 x 2 mile at 6-6:10 pace, 3:00 IR, 2 down.
What happened: 2.25 warmup, no get up in legs, couldn't get faster than 6:35 pace. Decided to reduce to a 4 mile tempo. (6:45, 7:02, 6:53, 6:55).
Not all that disappointed, just bummed I didn't get to do the planned workout.
