Notes

Monday run! I returned to my winter route, running Grey Rock Road end to end. My legs were surprisingly tight and I felt a little slow starting out (and I was very concious of my sore left ankle) so I just let my legs move until they loosened up and then I worked on speeding up the pace just a bit. Run was great! I stretched for about 15-20 min after and then headed to the gym and climbed some pretty awesome climbs. Finished up with a short post climbing workout doing 60 pushups and some free weight antagonistic exercises (this helps prevent or reduce tennis elbow and joint pains that climbers get). I was definitely ready for bed after!
