Notes

This was supposed to be a recover run, but I only had 30 minutes after spin class to vacate the gym. So, I ran the first 1/2 mile at a warm-up pace, then ran the second 1/2 mile at about 6:50 to make the mile a 7:30. Miles 2 and 3 were 7:30, and mile 4 was about 7:03 (with a bit of 6:50 mixed in near the end). I haven't run more than one miles on the treadmill in a while, so it was nice to let loose on that machine. The more running I do outside, the less realistic I feel the treadmill is. It's a necessary device sometimes though... It's so much easier to keep a 7:30 pace on the treadmill than it is outside :) It almost felt like my base pace, and only slightly faster than my recovery pace.
