Interval Comment: Treadmill and stairclimber
Comment: "Did 2 miles warmup at 8:27 pace and on a 3.5 - 5.0 incline. Everything felt great, like I could go on a while. Changed to stairclimber and did 7 min/8 min/6 min ""sets"" for a total of 2.2 miles. After doing that, did some strength stuff, probably not enough!"
