Ymca 5k fish creek
20:25 2nd in age group. 6th overall. Felt good but thought I could do better. Ran in a light rain but not soaking. Was not able to do warm up because it was raining quite hard until 5 min before gun. I went out did one strider and to the start line. I think this lack of warm up had a negative effect on my performance as did being about 3 lbs heavier than last year.
