Fall Frolic 5K 20:52 Finished 3rd overall and 2nd in age group
Not happy with time but it was darn cold with wind chills in the 20s. I could not get the legs loose. This certainly affected my time. About 40 sec slower than last 5K 4 weeks ago. Have another in 3 weeks. Hoping to get body acclimated a bit to cooler running and will hope for at least 40 degrees without wind.
