Notes

Hill day on the treadmill. Had to take another day off yesterday due to mismanaged time this semester. Figured I'd do a medium effort workout today.

Did 10 minutes at 4% incline and 8-8.3 mph, then 5 minute rest, then 15 minutes at 4% incline, mostly holding 8.5 mph, had a GREAT rhythm today, felt really good. Ran the rest easy.
