Tempo run at the gym, way too windy for a quality tempo today.
2 mile warm up 19:00
7 mile tempo: 47:20, started at 8.6 mph and made my way to 9mph by mile 2, varied the incline from 1.5% to 2% until I got to 9 mph, then kept it between 1% and 1.5%, in the last couple miles spent more time at 2% and 2.5% and picked up the pace in the last mile. Got a little cramp in my side today for some reason. Legs felt nice and springy, possibly from having a rest day (unplanned) yesterday.
