6 X 1000 with 3 minute walk/jog rests, had a bit of wind which was annoying, but not too bad

I'm ok with how these felt aerobically. I think I held back a bit today, but I'm more focused on staying healthy during high mileage and suboptimal sleep from lack of time lately.
