Ran with Nicole Wagner today. Paced her during her workout. Workout was 2 mile warmup + 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min uphill (terwilliger) @ tempo effort w/ jog back recovery at 8:00 pace or faster. Nicole did REALLY well and had a great workout. I felt good and tried to use today as an easy day. Body felt pretty good. Good weather today and nice to have some company.
