Cool day, nice for running. Feeling a bit overweight. Cut run short by 100m due to roadworks in Happy Valley. Reached Bowen Road in 8mins 56secs, 1st lap in 17mins 58secs, 2nd lap in 18mins 27secs. Up to HKCC in 7mins 12secs, down to Happy Valley in 10mins 50secs.
Good run - 1st lap felt quick, 2nd lap felt easier, though it wasn't much slower. Lost 15-20secs waiting for traffic going to HKCC.
Took 2 No-Doz before - worked ok, couldn't sleep later. Shoes felt good.
