Good workout with quite a bit of pace. Did 1km @12/13/12/14/12/15kmh, then carried on for 500m @12kmh. The 14kmh and 15kmh parts felt hard, and the first 12kmh part didn't feel really easy. These shoes are good - one of the best non-carbon plate shoes, really fly along at speed.
