Notes

Pyramid session on far right treadmill (which feels a bit easy). 400m, 800m, 1.2km, 2km all @16.5kmh with 2mins break. Then 1.2km (700m @16.5kmh and 500m @17kmh), 800m (500m @17kmh and 300m @17.5kmh) and 500m (200m @17.5kmh and 300m @18kmh). Last bits were harder, the rest was easy, probably too easy really.
