Warm at 31 degrees but humidity only 52% so not too uncomfortable. Started easy and picked up a bit later - 5 lap times of 15mins 23secs, 14mins 47secs and 14mins 48secs, then 400m in 1min 49secs and 200m in 1min 3secs. So 10km time was 46mins 47secs.
