Hot evening - 31 degrees, but only 57% humidity. Hard going though - 5 lap times of 15mins 24secs, 15mins 5secs and 15mins 4secs (and i was trying to slow down on the middle set). Considering the weather that is not bad, especially as it was supposed to be slow. Last 400m in 1min 44secs as usual.
