27 degrees and 70% humidity, not the best, but better than in previous weeks. Took it out quite easy and then stepped up a bit. By 5-6km I was working quite hard and by the 7km turnaround I was definitely feeling the pace. Last 2km was hard, the dam seemed to go on forever and the last 1km was very hard. Eased off a bit here when I should be speeding up just to get finished.
Still, quickest yet on this course and not the best weather and still sore from the AVOHK 5km. Should be better runs to come this year.
