Crowded race as always and it took 20secs to cross the start. After that running was fairly free after 200-300m or so. Weather was quite cool, starter said 19 degrees but I doubt it was that cool, humidity was quite high.
Started quite conservatively and kept a bit in the tank. Halfway was 20mins 24secs.
Push more on the second half and the race went quickly. Second half was 19mins 50secs. Net time was 39mins 56secs, which is probably around. The same as last week as I was a bit held back at the start. After no tapering I think next week will be quicker.
