4 laps from the start point to North Point lamppost to the ferry terminal and back to the start. Did 2 laps, then had a minute to tie my laces, then another 2 laps. Felt quick but not hard at all. Humidity at 98%, but also ok as cool and raining quite heavily on the last lap.
Lap times of 15mins 1secs, 14mins 22secs, 14mins 21secs and 14mins 14secs. Good run.
