Hot again - 30 degrees even when starting late in the evening. Had a bit of a hangover so hard work getting this done. Did 10.1km in 49mins 10secs, but broken into 5 segments of barely 2km each and one of 1.5km and one of 1.3km. Not quick or easy, but did it.
