COMMENTS: Ouch... 6:45 wake-up call. 10m with CK and Chris. Out the door at 7:15. Temps were perfect. Held a pretty even pace throughout. Picked up about a minute on the downhills to the River, then held it until mile 8. CK got a stitch and had to stop once, but she pushed on to the end. Somehow picked up another minute over the uphills back home.
