To and from MVP with Nat, Bernie, Mike and Ryan. Couldn't keep the 4:15/km pace Ryan and Mike were setting on the roads, on the trails Ryan and Mike were behind.
Not feeling great. Still fighting a cold, didn't sleep great last night and bootcamp with Lisa yesterday destroyed my legs.
