Crabbe repeats with Nick.

Back was a bit sore later in the afternoon and my right quad was feeling a bit tender because my stride is off because of my back, so I was a bit nervous going in to this and decided to keep the effort light.

Felt pretty for the first 2.5 hours, back tightened up slightly on the descents, and was good on the climbs, Going out on the road was fine, but then heading back in my back tightened up, most likely because I was getting tired and starting to slouch. Had to stop every 15 minutes or so to stretch, but it never got too bad.

The pace felt really easy the whole time, if it wasn't for my back, i could have easily kept going for a few more rounds.

Wore my new Brooks Calderas on the hill, my feet slipped around in them a bit on the first couple of rounds, but after that they felt better with each lap.

Woke up Saturday morning and my back was feeling fine.
