Ran with Nat, James Murphy and Mike Meuller, all fast guys.
Hardest long run I've done in a long time, was able to keep up for 16k, fell of a bit after that, then fell way behind for the last 8k. I'm definitely not as fast as I once was.
Great run, definitely need to run with these guys more.
