Notes

A long hilly one, PR on this route by about 10 minutes. Very good run, felt great the whole way.

Not sure why it was felt so good, but here are some things I did differently:

- Took Advil before, I am coming down with another cold, ugh.

- Ate a big pizza supper the night before, mmmm lots of carbs.

- wore compression socks.

Did this route last year, in about 10 minutes longer, as my longest training run for my 3:45:00 marathon. So hopefully this will translate in to a 10 minute marathon PR.
