Warm up

Bench Press: 6 - 6 - 8 (105, 125, 135) 125 felt easy, 135 was hard.

Chin ups, iso hold for 5 seconds half way down: 5 - 5 - 5 (5, 3+2, 3+2)

Leg Curls Straps alternating: 6 - 6 - 6

Front Back Lunge: 5 - 5 - 5 (0, pink, pink)

High Plank Straps: 3x0:60 first one felt easy, next two were hard.
