Warm Up

Trap Bar Deadlift: 2 x 8, 1 x 10, (bar, 20, 20, kept it light trying to get the form down.

Side Plank with band pull

Split Squat with dumbell: 3x8/side. 35 lbs.

Inverse Push Up, 2x15

Incline Dumbell Bench Press: 2x10 (40 lbs)

Didn't get time to do the cardio portion, learning new exercises takes time.
