1 hour easy, 2 hours hills, 1 hour easy.

Yuck. Started out with a mild stomach cramp, and it got worse from there. From about 25k on it was a struggle, the last 10k were brutal. However, my feet, legs and energy levels were good. It was the cramping from my neck to my waist that hurt.

After the hills it took about 15 minutes for my legs to feel light again.

Footing was also terrible in spots, yesterday's thaw left the sidewalks and some streets like a skating rink.
