Went to the track because I'm going to spend a good part of the weekend outside.
3.25k warmup in 16:00
5.5k Tempo in 22:58
3.25k cool down in 16:19
The sign at the track says 5 laps for 1.1k, but doesn't specify inside or out. This tempo felt more like ~21:00 effort and if I stopped at their 5k mark (23 laps) that's exactly what it would have been. Anyway, I'm now convinced each inside lap is closer to 220m than 200m.
