4x1600m @ 3:51/km, followed by 400m easy.
At least that's what I was going for. About 1km of the 2.5k loop was up hill in to the wind, so that slowed me down significantly. One 50k/hr gust dropped my speed from 3:53 to 4:18. The first interval was downhill, then mostly flat, all of the others included the 1k up hill.
