2nd 5k time trial with Nat and Ryan. Sick and it was very icy (1k of the 1.6k loop was a sheet of ice) so it was 14 seconds slower than last time. Felt more like my pace intervals instead of a time trial, so that's good. In good conditions I think I can manage a 19:30 or so.
