23k on the NMS track with Ryan and Nat. They were going for 100k, so I joined them for a bit I was supposed to run 20k @ 4:15/km, but decided to stick with their 4:30/km-ish pace. Finished with 3k @ 3:55/km. The whole thing felt really easy.
