Notes

-26 with the windchill, so I decided to try out the new track at the Grant Harvey Centre.

According to the note on the wall it's 200m per lap. So I did:

11x200m @ ~0:40

3x1000m @ ~3:45

The rest was around 5:00/km. The sharp 90 degree turns slow you down.
