3x10:00 @ MP (4:15) with 5:00 easy after each.
At least that's what I tried to do. The trail on the north side was good, as soon as I hit the bridge the footing turned to dogshit. I managed to fall near Charlotte St, then I went on the streets for my 2nd round. The final round was on some crap footing and up hill so it was slower.
