Notes

First attempt at a hill hiking workout. Tried the hill next to the Princess Margaret Bridge, seemed to workout. I think the hill is about 65 feet high (20m), the GPS and the accuracy of the topo maps over such a short distance seem to be a bit off (30 - 40 feet).

Legs are still sore.
