Short treadmill hill progression run.

5:00 easy, then at MP (4:15) starting at 0% grade, increased grade by 1% every 2 minutes until I couldn't keep it up, then repeat.

Got 6 increases in, then a 2 minute break, then 2 minutes at 0% again. So basically half the prescribed workout.
