Last long run before Boston. Alternated 10:00 easy and 5:00 at MP for the first 18k, then easy for the rest.
Was supposed to "visualize the run, feel light and quick", but that was pretty much impossible with a 55 km/hr head wind. It was freezing again, -15 with the windchill. The wind has been blowing almost non stop for 8 days, and this has been one of the coldest weeks of the winter.
