My legs were feeling rested enough, so I took on another workout on the treadmill, and boy this was tougher. I kept up the same pace as yesterday, but the heat/humidity in the gym became unbearable by the end, so I dropped the final 200m. My legs felt strong, though they're definitely gonna be sore after two straight runs.
I also did some arms and core:
Chest press: 3x10 @ 80, 70, 80lbs
Bicep curl: 10, 10, 8 @25lbs right, 20lbs let
Pushups: 2x10, 1x10 (wide)
Leg lifts: 30s
Leg extensions: 30s
Jack knives: 2x15
Russian twists: 50 w/ weight
Plank (front, side, side, front): 30s each
