Notes

Nice easy run, and I did some arm stuff and core afterward, exploring some new lifts:

Chin-up: 1x5 (61lbs assist), 2x5 (78)

Dip: 2x6 (52.5 assist)

Row: 2x8 at 110

Lateral raise: 3x100 at 50

Bicep curl: 10 at 40, 45, 50 each

Tricep: 1x8 at 35, 2x8 at 40

Pushups: 2x10, 1x10 wide

30s leg lift, 30s leg extension

Jack Knives: 15 each side

Plank (front, side, side, front): 25s each

Not that anyone needs to know my specific workout, but tracking my exercises will keep me self-accountable, and hopefully I can see a bit of improvement.
