Target times were 1:09 and 2:24, so i was a bit slow in the second half of this workout. I'm still having some cardio struggles with these short intervals, as it felt like I worked out my lungs more than my legs. After practice, I did some thorough strength at the ARC, which felt great:
3x8 squats at 200, 240, 260lbs
3x8 glutes at 80, 70, 70lbs (not a fan of these)
3x20 lunges at 30, 40, 40lbs
3x10 Adductor at 70, 80, 90
3x10 Abductor at 100, 90, 90
