I jogged to and from the ARC for a bike workout. My ankle was sprained pretty good a few days ago, and although most of the pain faded after day one it's lingered since. After a few days of rest it didn't feel great on the jog there, but better on the way back. July's been pretty disappointing in terms of mileage but I can't do much else except let my body heal and stay in aerobic shape however I can. I'll be splitting between light mileage and cross training for the remainder of the week.
After the biking, I did some arm work and a quick core session.
