Notes

Yesterday's lunges left me plenty sore, but I pushed through that pretty quickly. Motivation was kinda low by the halfway point, but I did fine until rolling my ankle pretty bad with a half mile left; after a couple minutes of pain i jogged the rest in. Not hurting nearly as much now but still needs a little healing, hopefully it's fine by tomorrow's run.
