I wanted to test my body in this 90-degree heat on a 3-mile loop, and it turned out just as one would expect: very hot and several stops required to cool off, even at a slower pace. I went over to the ARC to add on some distance but after one stiff and slow mile I called it quits and tried some upper body lifting (ehh) and hard core (better). It's always worth experimenting but I may try to run in the morning more often now.
